Empower You Press and Playshops are businesses founded by Tara Argall, M.Ed., LPC, RM.

As a counselor, Reiki Master, Author, Artist, Intuitive, Playshop Presenter and Motivational Speaker, she has been in practice for over a decade. Her mind, body and spirit approach to her work helps those she works with on their journey for healing, balance and wholeness.

Tara’s Primary Intention:

Support and guide others to heal on all levels. To assist them on their journey to self awareness so that they can realize and reach their full potential and magnificence.

Belief:

Everyone was born wonderful. Through our early experiences we learn to judge, criticize, shame and treat ourselves in ways that are disempowering. Mental, emotional and spiritual pain lead to energetic disturbances leading to physical ailments and dis-ease. Addressing the whole person is essential to balance and healing.
